If you think that Divorce is any easy business, then forget it NOW. Your EX. and her Lawyer will accuse you of one or more of the following acts giving reasons, to stop \ delay \ prevent you having SAMVÆR (Visitation Rights), or any contact with YOUR Children.

Sadly, very sadly --Especially for the Children-- the Judges ( Dommer ) and the Expert Witnesses ( Sakkyndige ) will believe Han \ Hun, (Part of the Government approved Illegal Practice) IN THE BEGINNING, for the first year or so, unfortunately it is then to late.

These excuses, or reasons are suggested by the lawyer to your EX., remember, the EX's lawyer does not care for your Children, in fact, he \ she will use your Children against you. The Lawyer may say he \ she cares for your Children in the Court and in Prosesskrives (Memorials), but in reality the Lawyer is only interested in looking after his client, your EX and his pocket to get his Bank Account as " loaded " as much as possible. In the lawyers view, you are expendable to his cause, you are his enemy, his only objective being, to remove YOU from the " picture ", and to ensure that you do not see your Children  because THAT is the Illegal Practice in Norway.

It could even be that he believes your EX. His Ethics are so low, that to make a $ (dollar) he is willing to go so far, to put you in prison, if there are Incest Allegations, Domestic Rape, Violence, and any other vulgar dishonest " LABEL " in the " air ", that the Lawyer can use to discredit you to the JUDGE, who will also be dum enough to believe it - because THAT is the Illegal Practice in Norway.

This is the same Lawyer who will go home to his wife and kids and as he goes through the door says,
Wife  = " Hello Darling, did you have a nice day at the Office ?.
Lawyer =  " Oh, sure Honey (min elsked) I screwed another Dad into NOT seeing his Kids.
Wife  =  " Oh, you are clever darling ". How Kids many is that now ?.
Lawyer = " About 300 Kids in total. Thank you darling for the compliment.  I tried to get him on False Incest Allegations, but this failed. Had one of the very few honest and intelligent judges. 
Wife = " What a shame, what shame. But you get paid all the same, so we can still take that holiday to Florida ".
Lawyer = " No problem ".
