Whats the "Format"?.
If you and your EX. can not agree on a Samvaer Plan, then you are obliged by law to have three (3)
meetings at the Familieradgivings Kontor. This means you have to have three (3) one (1) hour meetings with a Konsulent at the office, to try and agree on a Samvaer Plan.

Protocol

If you have something important to say or you have a suggestion to a Samvaer solution, then GET this PROTOCOLED.

REMEMBER, always keep COOL (KOOL), this is very important at all stages of this "GAME", and this is a game.

YOUR CHILD is sitting in the Middle, Yes the middle, between you and your EX. The EX. will play with your feelings, and use them as much as possible. Look at the Parental Alienation Syndrome.

The Excuses are some of the reasons for not letting you see you children.

These are from CASES in the Norwegian Court, each excuse can be linked to a Case Nr.

Joke, Joke, OH no. These really are true and an unfortunate reality of Life. There is also a very high chance that the Judge will believe this Stuff.

PSYCHOLOGISTS - Shrinks

Through your experience of having been VIOLATED by Judges in the Court system, DEGRADED by Psychologists and HUMILATED by Lawyers, you may help other Fathers and Mothers. It is only in this manner we may improve the position of our and \ or other Children in the future.

At the bottom is an extensive - LIST - of these SHRINKS who earn their living from the Divorce Business, they purport to be experts, in fact they make things more complicated for everybody involved. But mostly for the Father and the children. It would appear from reading these Reports that the Majority of these Experts have never heard, nor read about - The Parental Alienation Syndrome - or for that matter - The Stockholm Syndrome - . They will nearly ALWAYS find that the Child has to stay with the Mother, at the " cost " of the Child or Children.

The Cash side of this - Dirty Business -

To be a Sakkyndig (Expert Witness in Legal Terms) on a Case earns the person about, as a rough guide, 750.- \ 1000.- Nkr. per written report page, plus travel expenses (Car Mileage, Hotel, Food-Diet). A day in Court is approx. 6 hours (09.00 - 15.00 hrs.) at say somewhere between 300.- Nkr to 500.- Nkr. per hour ( '96 figures, if anybody has exact figures, please advise this DBase by E-Mail to DadWatch , thanks ).
This is big money, very big money. What a dirty business to be in.

Some of the people who operate in this " field " have " Blood on their Hands ". Children and Fathers have - committed suicide - because of the process through which they have gone.

SUBJECTS:

What are they.

   a) They are people who went to school to study Freud (Austrian). 
      Freud based his " Theories " on old women (60 to 80) a 100 years ago. 
   b) They are people who have studied Bowlby (English).
      Bowlby: Born 1907, Dartmouth and Trinity College Cambridge.
              1940 - 1945 British Army, Officer Selection
              1946 -> Tavistock Clinic and Institute of Human Relations 
              1950 -> Consultant for WHO (World Health Organisation)

      He is now DEAD, thank God, but the Norwegian Government and the 
      Court System still use this principle.

   Bowlby's principle is basically:
       The Mother is the prime " mover " and attachment of a child
       from birth, the Father is of secondary importance.
       Therefore, the father in given situations can be " burned " 
       if one has to make a choice.

SITE

The father only obtains Custody of a Child when the Court, Sakkyndig, and \ or Barnvern can NOT hide the fact that the Child is living under intolerable conditions, and even then the authorities will go to any length to assist the Mother. This SITE has evidence of that ON VIDEO .

What do they really do for the Legal system.


These people: 
    a) They are meant to be Independent
    b) They are meant to express an Independent, True, and honest 
       opinion, which they rarely do.  However, you will read a lot 
       about what the EX says, " Hanging out the Dirty Washing ".  
       They " love " that. But, you as a father will be shocked, disgusted 
       and feel degraded.  
    c) They ACT as a " Front line " for the Judge, most judgments (DOM) 
       contain more than 50% of the Sakkyndigs opinion.  The Judge does 
       not act as an independent.  
    d) They are meant to find out what the problem is in a disagreement.
    e) They are meant to make Suggestions.

Code of ethics.

    1) Ask for a copy of the Code of Ethics.
    2) Make the " shrink " stick to it.
    3) Do not reply to questions which have nothing to do with SAMVÆR.
    4) more ????.

How to complain.

    a) Write a letter  (rem address + telephone)

How to deal with them.

    1) When you have a meeting with them, always have a witness.
    2) When you have a meeting put a TAPE recorder on the table.
    3) Always take notes.
    4) Agree on a " Notes of the Meeting ", and then sign the Paper.
    5) They also do not write the exact FACTS in the report afterwards.
       (Some Fathers have proved this in Court.)
    6) More ????

Ensure they have a detailed mandate from the Judge. Ask for it, then take a copy.

Make sure they have all the documentation, AND all the letters to and from the JUDGE or the BARNEVERN.

SUBJECTS:

Barnehage Tantes.
Some "Tantes" are VERY understanding and will let you see your child and will even help you met your Child, others are not so helpful, in fact they are downright RUDE, and will do everything to stop you seeing your Child.

To make sure you have no arguments, put in your pocket the DOM from the Court. If the "Tante" says you have no right then just pull out the DOM. It is your Child you want to met. If an argument starts, ask immeadiately to see the Barnehage Styrer. Discuss the problem in her office, not with other Children around.
