Subj. :                                             Request for sight of Case - File

__________________________________________________________________________________

Dear Madame,

I have called you on a couple of occasions as far back as December 1997, reason given at that time was that the Court was in the process of moving to a new building, to agree to have sight of the above Case-File, and most recently on Tuesday of this week.

Your reply this time - Tuesday - being that you did not have time to watch me while I was checking the Case - File and that I would have to bring a Copy Machine if I wanted to take copies of any of the documents. The alternative being that I have to ask my now Lawyer to ask the Court.

Madame, as I am having to write my own Petition to Strasbourg due to the fact that my to previous lawyers, Mr. Undem and Ms. Baumann, do not consider that there are any violations in the above Case, nor willing to help I am carrying this out myself.

To met you more than half way, will you please send the Court Case - File to Ms. M. Ølberg today as time is
running out. Ms. Asserson, Ms. Ølberg's secretary will look after it.

I understand that this will be very easy as Ms. Ølbergs office is in the same building as yourself.

Thanking you in advance for your assistance.

Kind regards.
