This is the beginning of what will be a LIST - The List of Shame - of all mothers who are refusing the father and the children to have Samvær ( Visitation Rights ), and which the Government of the Kingdom of Norway by its very inaction must therefore approve, support and condon, the deprivation of the Legal Rights of the Parties ( Fathers & Children ) to lead a normal family life.
Some 5000 children are effected each and every year.
There are 30.000, and more, of these poor creatures ( children ), for creatures they are, having NO experience of the joys a Father can bring to their LIVES. This merciless policy of the " loving, caring mother " imposes a cruel and pitiless punishment upon these innocent children, who, by their very nature are trusting, loving and loyal.
Why does the Government encourage a FATHERLESS society ?. Is this part of the Christian ( Kristelig ) values of which the Norwegian Law is based upon ? ?.
This practice has now become LEGALLY and SOCIALLY acceptable. Acceptable, to the extent that the Courts can not and do not enforce their own Court Orders and a Society that accepts the Status Quo, by not treating these mothers as an Outcast of that society. In fact, the Norwegian Government by its conduct of inaction further encourages this practice, to the extent that any and all lawyers and judges know that should the mother refuse to let the children see the father, NOTHING legally will happen to the mother.
This is child ABUSE on a grand scale, with Government APPROVAL. - - See Child Abuse - -
The mother's lawyer knowning nothing will happen to her / his client, can therefore qualmly assure the mother that she may continue her PLAN of denying the children and the father Samvær Rights, in TOTAL defiance of the LAW and to the deteriment of the children. This is a GROSS violation of - - ARTICLE 8 - - of the European Convention of Human Rights. The Members of the Storting who are responsible for the continuation of these violations are Ms. V. Svarstad Haugland ( Krf ), Statsråd ( Minister ) for the Ministry of Children and Families, Ms. H. Frafjord Johnson ( Krf ), Statsråd ( Minister ) for the Ministry of Development and Human Rights.
These people, some of whom are mothers, and may classify themselves as " loving,
caring mothers ", have been " sitting " as members of the Storting for a
number of years. During that period of time, to the best of this Site's knowledge, they
have not put forward any concrete proposals to the " Floor " of the Storting to
enforce these Rights nor to create LAWS which impose punitive measures, that shall not be
illusory nor theoretical, but shall be effective and practical upon a violating mother.
The Fatherless state is growing in numbers each day by 13.69 children, based on the calculation of 5000 divided by 365 days, with NO attempt on the part of the Norwegian Government to put a STOP to this ridiculous policy.
Why ? ?. This Site asks, and puts the important question.
