Brief History.

F2F is the oldest "Fathers" organisation in Norway, was started in Oslo by a group of Fathers who thought that they were getting a "RAW Deal" in 1985. With the object of improving and helping Fathers in the area of their position in relation to their children after the disolvement of a marriage.

F2F also has Mothers as members. REMEMBER,-- not all mothers have the Omsorg.

Fact is : 90 percent of mothers AUTOMATICALLY get the OMSORG in COURT.
Question is : Do ALL these mothers deserve to get the OMSORG.
Experience shows : NO, NO, AND NO.

F2F has branch "Offices" or a Local Representative in most of the major towns, throughout Norway.

Following the new Law proposals, suggested in 1995 by the Barne og Familie Department, then under Mrs. G. Berget, F2F produced a highly critical report. This report, with it's suggestions of joint Omsorg does not seem to have been to the liking of Female Staffers in the Barne og Familie Dept.
